those people keep coming, throwing fines at me. they say my stall and goods are obstructing the traffic, but look around! my stall and goods are at the side of the road and there's hardly any traffic around here!

(old man chian has been fined a total of $7000 in the past 2 years and he is still very irritated about it. he doesn't earn alot and he's upset at the lost of income..)
